A day in Lucca is a treat not to be missed during your stay in Tuscany.

We have created this bike tour, which includes several activities, to make sure you grab the opportunity to deepen your experience in this truly magical city. Lucca is fenced by its Renaissance walls, the second largest example of modern - and still intact - fortification in Europe. The walls, today turned into a city park, surround the historic centre and are the ideal spot to admire the lovely views before moving in any direction to discover the most hidden and interesting corners. The bike tour will be led by a professional tour guide.

At the end, the activity will move to the ITALIAN CUISINE, a centuries-old city palace which has hosted, among other things, the mint of the ancient Republic of Lucca. This internationally recognised school organises courses for professionals and amateurs.

During a 3-hour cooking class, each participant will prepare a complete 4-course meal. After the lesson, you will enjoy the menu complemented by local wines.
The cookery school, founded over 20 years ago, is run by chef GIANLUCA PARDINI from Lucca. He offers a wealth of experience in the field of catering at the highest levels, gained not only in Italy, but also abroad, namely in France (Orléans and Paris) and Japan. His remarkable career and internationally recognised qualification are values that Gianluca instils in those who attend his classes with curiosity and passion.
